Founder manifesto

RAW COMPANY TECH LIMITED is not a set of apps. It is one living factory: every order, every pound, every trade and every routine is a node on one floor that runs, speaks and audits itself. We build systems so the founder's hour returns ten. We keep the books honest nightly, the belts clear daily, and the family first always.

Asset description

A custom-engineered, real-time visual ERP master operations cockpit built under the RAW Company Tech Limited master hub. It bridges physical manufacturing and e-commerce lines (Winch Belt, Orders to Pack, Tracker stock by colour) with digital SaaS infrastructure, server-health nodes, live developer API connections and real-time capital-allocation feeds from Capital.com. A built-in AI Accountant node handles multi-asset forecasting, structured financial reporting and passive end-of-year tax compilation. The system functions as an on-demand digital twin of the entire corporate estate: one tap moves from the empire view to the live production flow of any single house, shop or factory floor.

Pillar 01

Proprietary Software Equity — IP multiple expansion

Intangible fixed asset · internally generated software (FRS 102 s18 / IAS 38) — proprietary ERP + automated ledger, 100% owned by RAW COMPANY TECH LIMITED.

The cockpit is not an administrative UI. It is an in-house Enterprise Resource Planning engine, digital twin and automated ledger that unifies 66 forms of income, 19 revenue pipelines and 9 applications on one data model. That converts RAW from a set of vertical apps into a systemised platform technology: every new product plugs into an existing operating system rather than adding cost.

Asset value (cost approach) = Σ engineering hours × blended rate ≈ 1,600 h × £85 = £136,000

Software premium on multiple = baseline multiple × (1 + 0.25 to 0.40)

EV_adj = EV_core + IP_asset + PV(OpEx savings) + ΔEV_risk

IP asset (cost basis): £110,000 – £160,000

Pillar 02

Elimination of operational key-man risk

Institutional knowledge asset · turn-key operating manual embedded in software.

Every supply chain step, supplier linkage (including direct automated links to the GPS-tracker manufacturer), app webhook, ingest snippet, order, stock line and live user database is visually mapped and click-accessible. An acquirer inherits a running operation with its own on-screen instructions, not a founder's head. Post-acquisition onboarding friction and continuity risk fall materially.

Founder-dependency discount: typical 20–35% for a solo-operated company

With the cockpit: 5–10% (documented, click-through operations)

ΔEV_risk = EV_core × (d_before − d_after) ≈ £300,000 × (0.275 − 0.075) = £60,000

Risk discount recovered: £45,000 – £75,000

Pillar 03

Operational cost reductions & margin optimisation

Perpetual OpEx avoidance · capitalised at a 12% discount rate over 5 years.

The engine replaces a stack a comparable operator would licence: an ERP/stock system, a CRM, a helpdesk inbox, split analytics, a packing/fulfilment tool and a bookkeeping/tax-prep layer. For a 3–5 seat team those licences run £18,000 – £42,000 a year. Because the cockpit is owned, that spend converts straight into EBITDA every year it is not paid.

Annual saving S = ERP (£9k–£18k) + CRM (£3.6k–£7.2k) + analytics (£3k–£9k) + helpdesk/fulfilment (£2.4k–£7.8k)

PV₅ = S × [1 − (1.12)⁻⁵] / 0.12 = S × 3.60

EBITDA uplift (yr 1–5) = S per year; margin uplift = S / revenue

PV of 5-year savings: £65,000 – £150,000

Pillar 04

Frictionless real-time due diligence & transparency

Continuous audit trail · live server, user, stock and valuation nodes.

Stripe and bank inflows, order status, stock per line (down to tracker colour), server latency, active users and the live company valuation are visible on demand and can be walked node-by-node by an investor. Radical transparency lowers the information risk premium an investor prices in, compresses due-diligence time and verifies accounting metrics without a data room.

EV = FCF₁ / (r − g) — the cockpit lowers r (risk premium) by 2–4 pts

At r 20%→17%, g 5%: EV rises by (1/0.12)/(1/0.15) − 1 = +25%

DD cost avoided ≈ £8,000 – £20,000 per institutional process

Risk-premium effect on EV: +15% to +25%

Pillar 05

Autonomous multi-market trading engine (v2)

Proprietary algorithmic desk · 18 Capital.com markets · backtest-selected rules · one-voice AI operator.

The Daily Range engine trades real capital across 18 markets picked by a 265-market scan, using rules chosen by a 66-day backtest (64% win rate, profit factor 1.7 on the kept markets): stop past the fakeout wick, breakeven lock, ¼-line lock and a trailing exit from the mid. It sizes every trade by ATR under a hard 1% risk cap, runs 10 positions at once, speaks every decision and gives a 07:00 risk call that flags the days the strategy historically loses. This is reusable IP: the same engine, scanner and backtester can be pointed at any broker feed.

Asset value (cost approach) ≈ 520 engineering hours × £85 = £44,000

Strategy edge (backtest, gold-equivalent) = +1,300 pts / 66 days on the 8 core markets, PF 1.68, max drawdown −144 pts

Scalable: expectancy per trade is independent of account size up to broker liquidity limits

Trading engine IP (cost basis): £40,000 – £60,000

Pillar 06

$SNAPDOG on-chain minting system — the Minting Forge

Full working Web3 minting module · isolated Tier-2 · one-way webhooks from the live order line · hardware-wallet signing.

Every real paid order that reaches the packing dock or the 07:00 lorry fires a signed, one-way webhook to an off-grid token engine that mints and drops 10 $SNAPDOG per £1 of the Stripe-verified total straight into the customer's public wallet — a working loyalty token tied to real hardware sales, not a whitepaper. Customers add a wallet at checkout or claim after purchase; drops without a wallet are held until claimed. The module is firewalled from the core database, Stripe, the bank node and this valuation — its gas and contract costs sit on their own card, never the outgoings floor — so nothing about the company's cash or valuation depends on token price.

Asset value (cost approach) ≈ 300 engineering hours × £85 = £25,500 (engine, bridge, wallet flow, 3D Forge, read-only voice ops)

Retention option value: loyalty programmes lift repeat-purchase rate 10–25% (industry range); applied to a hardware line with ~£50 ASP

Platform value: on-chain proof of every verified sale — reusable for any future RAW product line

Zero balance-sheet exposure to token volatility by design (Tier-2 firewall)

Working on-chain minting system (cost basis + option): £35,000 – £60,000

Transparency effect on discount rate (applied to forward EV)+15%+25%

Structural justification: the cockpit is (i) exclusively owned and internally generated, so no licence dependency; (ii) already live and in daily use, so not speculative development; (iii) horizontally reusable — each new app or product line connects via the same ingest and node model at near-zero marginal software cost; and (iv) self-documenting, so it carries its own operating manual. Institutional buyers should treat it as core platform IP, defended by the cost approach (engineering replacement), the income approach (perpetual OpEx avoidance), and the market approach (software-premium multiples applied to systemised operators versus single-product vendors).
